Asian sounding lady who said her name was "Rose" and was from my internet provider. Wanted me to put my computer on as there was a problem. Er no. Said I would call back. Scam

This may be a scam as the caller did not identify themself and just said my credit card has been used for 2 payments, I think £800 and £2000, and to press 1 to talk about it. I ended the call immediately.
