FROM SOME 'COMPANY' ANSWERING AS DCS. LIVERPOOL ACCENTS. SAID THE CALL IS ABOUT A NIN EXISTENT ACCIDENT. THEY ARE USING A LOCAL PHONE NUMBER TO SCAM.
