Unprofessional at least, probably a scam.Their call intro ("Am I speaking to ...." etc) without introducing themselves and then when prompted identify themselves said they were from an organization who's name I didn't recognize ("National Gateway"?) then quickly followed by "you could be eligible for a pandemic related award".
