They are an opportunistic company who work to convert an 'unproductive' vehicle insurance claim into commission for themselves and a payment for you. They do so on the premise that the solicitors retained by the insurance company are working for the company rather than the insured, ergo they will settle quickly and not necessarily in the insureds favour. The caller call them lazy and try to convince one that there was an allocation made at the outset of the claim and that anything received short of that lea
I thought there was a law against such cold callers. They just called regarding motor accident claims. Robot caller as it can't react to unusual questions you ask it. If you have the time then you can have some fun and try to break the system. If you keep the system talking long enough then you can reduce the time it can pester other people. Hey it might even have a conversation with Alexa or Siri :-) Blocking the number is probably useless as they will just use another number next time and will never call
