Called today from a company calling itself Energy Saving Systems (ESS) selling solar panels. When I asked why he called when I m TPS registered I was told that as it was a free service I couldn t expect it to be any good and they ignore it. After a short discussion about it he offered their phone number to call so that I could make an official complaint, I Googled that and it was for Childline. Reply ?
