Bank will never ring me for any reason and that is in the bank terms and conditions.

No idea, which is why I wanted to look it up. Called my mobile which is only used for emergencies and only people have been given my number. Presume someone has sold the number on.
Claimed suspected fraud activity on my business bank account within last half an hour, nothing was going on in that account all day!
