Looks like i ve been had by Sapphire for £79.99. Repeated demands by myself for return of money met with promises to repay, to no avail. Notice different number to my contact, mine is 08435070707 which is now not available(surprise,surpise)

This was AO.com calling to confirm my delivery, I didn t take the call but called back after finding this site. They knew who I was from caller ID making the whole process very smooth. I was offered warranty/repair uplift as part of the call but I think that is understandable. I politely declined and we moved on to other details - no pushy sales or anything. Very pleased, would definitely recommend AO.com for their service.
