Sarcastic and rude male just kept repeating he wanted to give me a quote for car warrenty on my car (mentioned make and model along with car reg!) Wouldn t remove my number when asked. I insisted to be put through to a human being who doesn t have attitude. When I was I told them unless they remove my number, I shall deafen their telecallers with a whistle next time they call, and I hope they suffer for it. THREE weeks of DAILY calls, usually two or three times a day. Sick of it
Automated call from BT saying my landline and internet had been compromised. Utter rubbish
SUSPECT SCAM CALL > apparently from 01162999616. Caller gave name as Molly Baldwin of Silverline Services and asked me to "confirm recent no-fault motor accident". When I queried her source of information and my number she hung up.
Recruitment Scammer. Had my CV, probably from a legitimate recruitment site, and used the details on it to advertise a job near me that I would be "perfect" for. Gave no specific details about the job or who he worked for - just asked if he could send on information to my email. Didn't listen when I told him that I had recently accepted a job offer somewhere else and wasn't interested - was obviously reading from a script.
