Disgusting language when I told him I wasn't interested as it was the second time today. He phoned backed and asked me to apologise to him then started with the foul language after that. He phoned me back 3 times verbally abusing me.
Well there you go, you admitted it. The whole not having "past incidents hanging over them" issue.
