This company has called me between 2-3 times a day telling me I've applied for a loan. Each time I've assured them I haven't applied for s loan and ask to removed off marketing, and each time they hang up when I asked to be removed and continue to call me each day. Does anybody know what offence is being committed here and how I could begin prosecution? As I don't believe it's a breach of data protection

This call was offensive. Saying from Fraud Squad and unless I entered 1 (one) a warrant would be issued for my arrest. It was loud and gruff. I hung up, some might feel threatened and fall for it.
