Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 16893259xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with Pension review company, PPI. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? This caller hung up as soon as call was answered and it was answered quickly, it was maybe a wrong Number but I am always suspicious of calls that hang up as soon as they are answered, I certainly would not risk calling it back.

I had 2 missed calls as its a local number to County Durham where I live and a guy answered saying Hello, I said I've had a missed call, he said the call was from a claims group. I didn't get a name as he was rude when I asked if it was a cold call, so I hung up

Some landline from London area, this is definitelly some call centre, there are more similar numbers reported for calling people. Have seen different reasons of individual calls, just be aware that one number used by the same call centre can be after short period of time used for another purpose. I recommend to block the whole 2036342xxx range... Did someone answer THIS number?
