If you miss your payments then i agree a call to either take payment or talk about how you intend to meet the payments, but not 6 times a day, and you need to update customer management systems of previous conversations. REMEMBER never go through security on an incoming call, always call them back, this is just a hired call center doing their debt collection, you dont know what they are doing with your data

Rang to talk about "PPI". I immediately asked to be taken off the contact list and "Billy" instantly turned aggressive. I had to ask him several times, and he turned very nasty so I hung up. Left me feeling quite shaken up.

Numerous calls from this number even though told every time to remove any and all my details from the data base. As this does not seem to work, I have now resorted to a bit of good old Anglo Saxon. It may not achieve anything but I feel a lot better after letting rip!

This company, Ventrica, work for a variety of other companies. May be calling you about a customer service issue you have with one of those companies.
