Totally agree with NMS. I've got a BT8500 truecall cordless phone (£40 on Amazon for a twin) it NEVER rings unless it's from callers which I have allowed through. Never really been a fan of BT stuff but these phones are great.
Financial Services scam. Possible boiler room, hard sell investment advice / fraud.
Claimed to be car phone warehouse calling "on behalf of my network" and that "they had permission from them". Highly unlikely. Marketing/spam attempt. The person got stroppy and continually talked over me when I tried to ask why they had my number. Very unprofessional, even if legitimate. Avoid.
These people claim to be from a company called Speed Claims and were calling about an accident. They also said they got my number from the insurance companies involved.
