Just had a call from this number claiming to be BT and they were going to switch off my Internet for 'several months ' due to the high amount of Internet errors showing up. Interesting as I'm not even with BT. Put phone down on them. Another company trying to make money out of the innocent instead of working for it.
Female caller gave name as Nicola, demanded to speak to David in our company (didn t seem to know his surname), demanded his mobile nr, when I said he was away, she still wanted his mobile nr, I asked why she couldn t give a reason - she hung up eventually, sounds like a scammer.
Supposedly Bank of Scotland but bank state not one of their numbers.Do not give them any details.

In my book all cold callers are untrustworthy and this cold caller is peddling the usual "My name is Bee from Security International" or something like that, "and we are doing a security survey in your area" ploy where they are simply trying to sell you a security system. This one s from the Dudley area and they ve called me twice so far even though I m registered with the TPS.
