This is a genuine Santander Fraud Department number. However I suggest you always call your bank using the number on the back of your Debit/Credit Card to check. This what I did and it was confirmed my Debit Card was being used by criminals, so needed cancelling and replacing.

It says Call from HMRC demanding to call back by threatening for regal actions.
marketer passing off as government advice. No respect for TPS or callees wishes, just call back from a different number after a gap. They are not government advisers.
