Talked about football teams Real Madrid,, didn t ask to speak to anyone did not say anything when I said Hello, sounded like he was talking so another person in his office. Said now how do we do this then put phone down. Added this number to my blacklist. Very strange call indeed

On informing a cold caller from this number we were already in a contract and would only deal with a invitation to change our contract in writing we ended the conversation, but the company kept calling until we wasted 20 minutes saying NO/ while they said we were to agree verbally. Bullying tactics. Took no notice of TPS . Avoid.

Automated call Very odd Frank Spencer and Betty skit. We suspect it is a premium rate call.
So careful with all personal information yet a direct debit for ?2.99 to Total Care & Support was set up and showed on latest statement. My bank said the company was Intouch Investments and gave me the telephone number, that is how I have found this website. Bank refunding money, but I would like to know how this has been able to take place. Bank representative I spoke to said mine was just one of many complaints regarding this company in the past few weeks.

Keep being harrased daily with calls and messages re outstanding electricity bill! Yet they can t tell me which month for or provide a bill. This is a scam!
As above missed calls at odd times, rings a couple of times and cuts off, when I have answered it in time I get silence, am blocking.
