This company have called my landline a few times and also sent a text message to the landline. They ask for a Mr Collins , who is unknown to me, as I have lived here on my own for 21 years. They quote a case number and ask Mr Collins to call them back.

An automated HMRC scam call, saying you could be arrested if you do not press 1. BLOCKED.
Had a call from this number saying they were from BT and that my broadband was not working properly.When I questioned the validity of the call,telling them my broadband was fine,they became abusive and eventually ended the call.

This number called me this morning. It was an automated call, stating a purchase has been made from my card for an Amazon purchase of £1049.00, which they think might be suspicious. They were also instructing me to press 1 for... etc. I hang-up and block the number. Firstly, there is not that amount of money on my card, so the purchase should have been decline if the call was legitimate and 2, why would Amazon care about the value of my purchase? I have made numerous purchases of varying values and they hav
