It's a scam offering a discount card for all major supermarkets and once you give your age group they told me I was also eligible for free return flight tickets and a week in a European villa. Goes through phases of calling several times a week, then nothing for a couple of months. Doesn't take "not interested" as a reason to stop calling. Most of the time the number is from Bournemouth, but occasionally from Bristol - supposedly, because spoofing numbers isn't difficult. They don't seem bothered by calling a TPS number either, which adds to the 'number being spoofed' theory.

Melville consultants visited my company saying they could appeal and reduce our business rates. The person who visited was Peter John. He said they could put in an appeal, no charge, but if appeal accepted then they would charge to complete the appeal and send in a surveyor.
