I had a phone call from this number today (25/02/2022-17:17) (0161-520-1872 !!!) The person on the line asked for me by name. Which seem very odd to me. As this is a number that I did not know. And told me that he calling to ask if my home had any damaged from the recent bad weather we have had. When I then asked him on how he got my personal number. He then told me that he got it from my local council. At this point I told him that I did not need his services. The phone line was poor in sound, therefore

Automated call from this number within an hour apart of my step son received a positive covid test. I had an American women voice advising me not to leave my house, repeatedly under no circumstances must I leave my house! When I called the number back its didnt go through like it was cut off and there is nothing on the Internet or links coneccting a number it to covid or automatic messages ?
