This number is an accident claim company touting for business. They phoned and there was noone there, so returned their call and spoke to a guy in a call centre. He asked about a collision we d had in our vehicle, however we haven t had a collision in our vehicle. He said they get the numbers from insurance quote websites when someone has ticked that they have had an accident in the last 3 years.

Surely this cannot be legal? Is there any way to stop all this cold calling about the(non) car accident I had.
150 winners name was Davis or something. He offered me a free tickets for lottery kind of free trial after which they start to charge you and they "guarantee that if you lose they ll give you back everything.. asked for bank details and spoke for over 10 mins which was also annoying had my full name, dob, address and called over ten times today.. just no word which can explain the annoying calling and losing your time with bullshits. That is scam for me.

We have telephone preference so why does this number keep calling then leaving no message? I would phone back if it was necessary but obviously - it is not urgent!
