This number calls repeatedly at all hours of the day and evening. I now let it ring,in the past answered but they don t take no for an answer. I did have work done a few years by Smiths and regretted it every day until I had the windows removed.As a company they are untrustworthy money grabbers who wouldn t know the meaning integrety if it got up and bit them. DO NOT GIVE THEM THE PLEASURE OF HEARING YOU ANSWER THE PHONE!!

SCAM - National Insurance Investigation
SCAM. Probably from the same source as 1656737322, a call to my landline. The well spoken, but recorded voice, told me that two suspicious transactions had been noted on my account (no introduction as to who she represented) and that I should take one of two actions. Either press "1" to cancel them or "2" to speak to a service advisor. I left the call open for ten minutes but there was no further communication from the caller. Why Bridgend exchange? I have no idea.

gentleman phoned obviously from a carousel system, claimed to be from BT could not understand him, requested he repeat what he said he hung up. Be VERY WARY.
Phoned 3 times today. First time before 08:00. I decided verbally abuse them on the 2nd and 3rd call and it sounded like they were used to it! All 3 calls related to Microsoft and my computer had been hacked....ridiculous!
just rang them up after my order did not go through..i was told my balance was added after interest and i had not enough to buy..and told 3 times i have to pay my balance on time each month or they wont let me have goods..i always pay on time if not early..days before..and her comments and attitude stank..i told her i have paid my payments up to date and not defaulted..she kept going yah instead of yes..very abrupt attitude she had..all facebook reviews say customer service is now bad..so i shall pay them u
