I picked up the phone and it was just a guy telling me he was going to bring me a present back as though he had pocket dialled. I would have thought nothing of it but it s not the first time. The conversation also revealed that they have at least seven firms of solicitors to refer cases to and that he expected the solicitors to take about 20% from any successful claim.
