Insulation From Chris a local energy adviser. Has rung 3 times within the last couple of months. Have told him each time I am not interested but doesn’t seem to give up. I live in Norwich, hardly local as it’s a Bournemouth number.
Rings several times per day and then hang up. Tried to call number back but they just hung up.

Called back and got an announcement “this number does not exist”
SCAM - recorded message saying my National Insurance Number had been compromised and press #1 to speak to a representative. Did not address me by name - obviously a scam/fraud
They are still at it. This is true tele-sales harassment. Just block them
