I already had this pegged as a nuisance number but wanted to know Real Reason for call. Caller rang in the morning from the number 02532 806025. Female, who spoke with an accent from the Indian Sub-Continent. vocal hubbub in the background, so it was from a call centre. She said she was from BT, and that my internet connection had been investigated and found to have been attacked. I told her that was marvellous, and it was the best news I had had in ages. I thanked her for calling to tell me about it, and hung up. Scam. Block it.

I had a call from this number re. the end of a mobile phone contract. It seemed very dodgy, but I checked with the mobile provider directly, and the people calling from this number are genuine partners. Badly handled in terms of the explanation and also seem to have access to very out of date data. So poor outsourcing exercise at best. Either way - these are genuine people linked to T-Mobile.
