I was caught out by this today. They claimed to be calling from O2. Luckily, I realised after the call ended and was able to change my account details before any damage was done. The scammers knew all of my details - full name, address, email address, how much I'm billed each month - even my security question. They were very convincing. I called back the number and its a cover for a debt helpline, I went through option 1 (Support) as I was going to tell them to do one and the line dropped, so my numbers going to be going to every arse whose parents never loved them, who have become spammers around the world. Became agressive when challanged regarding legitimacy of call. Then received caller-withheld harrasment & time wasting calls a few minutes after putting the phone down with the 'caller' attempting to change the sound of their voice
