They phoned me to say they were Microsoft Specials. Told me my PC had a fault - possibly Virus Infected - and first tried to access my PC via Teamviewer. This did not work so i was told to visit www.ammyy.com. Here they did gain access and I sat back to watch the mouse pointer open and close multiple files etc. Much file info was Transfered and after sometime they phoned again to ask if the PC now worked faster,,,,Answer was, "NO". Called our TPS registered line. Burst of noise/music after we picked up, followed by silence then " Ello! Ow are yew?" from a caller who then immediately asked to speak to "The owner". Identified himself as "Zane" from "XLM" when asked, and then immediately launched into a scripted sales pitch. Told him to f***-off, and hung up while he was still yapping.

Fake Amazon bot said I d placed a 3 figure Amazon order. I hung up before listening to the whole scam.

Another different number from Benefits UK,very annoying calls as we get several a week.
