At the end of the end ,whether you are a British Gas customer or not , if you have not given British Gas your permission to call you , then it is a harrassment call. The other thing to bear in mind is , unless you make the call , how do you really know who it is who has called you? Very aggressive foreign caller told me a woman in Mexico was trying to access my computer and it would be disconnected for about 25 days. First he said he was Windows security and when I said all our devices were Apple he said he was calling from Apple security. I asked to speak to his supervisor, who was English, but finally I hung up. Much more aggressive than any other cold call I e had.

this is a total scam ... called me 50 times in the last week... woman with a scottish acsent asked for me by name ... stated as if it was a fact that id had a road traffic accident my reply was apparently so, her response was what date was it so i asked her what her computer told her because thats obviously right, to which she hung up ... honestly some people should not be aloud telephones, tried calling back 4 times just on hold then says "goodbye" and hangs up.... load of tripe

I ve had so many missed calls of these people then they send me a message which came up just a number and asked if they "can call me later"! Well I thought it was someone trying to get sexual with me until I put the number in here and seen,realised these ejits had text me twice of different numbers!!! The other text actually came up as CARS and was asking me to call them urgently!!! ,not after reading these comments!!
