I took this call on behalf of a disabled hard of hearing person on 22.02.20. Claimed to be from virgin dealing with a slow broadband problem. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Supervisor said she represented BT. When I said that her colleague was a Virgin employee, she ended the call. The home owner does not own any internet devices so assume a scam
