I received a call from this number today, it s seemed to be a poor connection or he made out he couldn t hear me. I man with a very strong accent (not English) yet goes by the name of peter asked for me by name when I said yes. He said I m calling from the bank and hung up. I expected they ( whoever they are) wanted me to call the bank at some unknown exaggerated cost to myself.
"ATTENTION! We have tried to contact you, It is im portant we speak to you today. Please call 08445718136 quoting your reference. XXXXX Thank you." Got this text from 07456272496, blatantly a scam cos my mate got exactly the same text!!
