This number called my parents phone. They didn't identify themselves - and when I said could I take a message because my mother was he asked when she would be back then hung up. That p*sed me off so I rang back and got a dubious "your call matters to us" and was put on hold; I hung up. I expect them getting people to ring them back is the point - check your phone bill they probably charge £5.99! I don't consider this a telesales call I consider it to be a scam caller. I just had a missed call from this number- I had Bowel Screening yesterday, they said they would call to make sure I was okay. This number is the generic number allocated to an outgoing call from a ward at Blackpool Victoria Hospital.
