Talking about a potential claim for reimbursement following car finance taken out 10-12 years ago. Didn't feel right as I said I did not know the person they were after and they went on to give me what felt like fairly personal information. I was unable to answer the call from this number because my screen was playing up. It did not light up in any way so I couldn't see how to answer or anything.
