rang me 2 days ago asking me to complete a survey based on services I had used before, I politely asked for them to remove me from their contact list and they hung up. had another call from them again today, lady was very rude, told me that if I completed the survey I would not be contacted again. I explained I had already asked to be removed from the list and informed her I did not want to complete the survey. Unknown as was blocked on my Android phone by Calls Blacklist PRO (any unknown number not whitelisted or in my contacts will be rejected to voicemail) NOTE that 0116 0xx may be a call centre (have to dial all the digits so may be used for 03xxx 08xxx 09xxx numbers and unusual to see in incoming call, so might have been error in config or a foreign scammer with made-up invalid number
