The recorded voice said my national insurance number was being used fraudulently and they would suspend it. Asked me to press 1 to speak to an officer. Obviously I did not.

I paid £4.79 to these to unlock my phone only to get an email saying they couldn t so i would get a full refund in 5 days. 7 days later and 4 calls to them leaving messages each time still no reply or refund. Total rip off
