The company involved sold the disputed sum to Lowell.
Lowell are 3rd party interlopers. These leeches have no contract or agreement with the person they are harassing,DO NOT enter into dialogue, DO NOT enter any agreement. These people have NO LEGAL RIGHT TO DEMAND PAYMENT."
