Automat Had a call from this number today. It was automated, and stated that a warrant has been issued for my arrest for tax evation. Had to laugh, as I don't pay tax as I am retired. For anyone who believes these calls, it can be very worrying.

Spoke to Shannon, tried to bully me into proceeding with pppi refund, said at least 3 times I wasn t interested...still going until my family geered in the background (it is the festive season). Ignore and block.

Automated call regarding a "claim" I made about an "accident " and whether I wishes to follow it up. I haven t claimed or had an accident. It s especially annoying that it automated... at least with a person you can tie them up for while. When will they stop these time wasters!

Got a call from this number earlier. 01229 473762. The "01229" IS our national UK code and the "47" is particular to our local area but we think it was a scam attempt. Foreign accent named "John" saying he was from BT which we don't use! Can these shysters actually manage to appear to be local when probably ringing (on a phishing trip) from abroad?
