Hmm, this number is used by the LBM Intelligent Contact - this company works as a Call centre of a general use, mostly for big mobile players (O2, Orange, Vodafone, Sky). In most cases they are a legitimate callers, but many users just reported them as an unsolicited call. Someone called me today from this number (which looks like a local call for me) supposedly from BT saying that my router was down. It sounded like a nonUK based call centre so I didn’t believe them. When you dial the number is doesn’t seem to exist.

This number rang me at 1102am today, did not answer as I did not recognise the number, and it is not in my contacts list. Thought it was a scam call and I may be right judging by the search results.
