Called the number back as I was curious but it was late. There was a message stating their opening hours where they called themselves verso group. Did a little research and found this article https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-41844033.amp they have been ordered to pay a fine for misuse of personal information. Do not give these guys the time of day and block their number

SCAM -Royal Mail do not send texts that show as a mobile number. Link also shows web address as co not com. asking for a payment to be made. DO NOT PAY.

I ve recently had With held numbers calling my moble at the same time for the past 5 working days then this morning I got one from this +0800 number.
