I think this is a scam. It came via text message and it says I need to authorise a payee at some HSBC link. I don't know anyone who banks at HSBC or who I would pay monies to.

Parcelfarce. Woke me up at 7:10 am on Christmas Eve. Had gone to bed at 5am after driving back from Scotland, not pleased. Stupid SMS message to tell me that a box would be delivered sometime in the afternoon, at least 7 hours after the call. Online tracking is not sufficient for these fools. I checked with BT 0800 587 5252 that I had registered (years ago) not to received SMS on my landline. Option still active but Parcelfarce don t use BT. ...
Tech support scam if you ring the number you get kept on the phone for ages it's a realy high premium rate number
This number calls me at least twice every day and whenever I answer it is hung up so I can t even request that they don t call again!!
