I said "no" so he said "forget the name then, your number was put as a first point of contact following a minor incident involving a car". If I did not respond the recorded message said a warrant for my immediate arrest would be issued for my Tax Arrears. Clearly these idiots think I am daft enough to fall for their SCAM!
