Obviously a number that is 1234567890 would be highly suspicious. This number from Bedford, UK tried to call me twice this morning. I declined to answer the first time and the number called me back immediately. I did not answer for fear of being charged a fee. Furthermore, I live in Singapore. Why would a strange foreign number try to call me?
