This number seems to be reported as Virgin Bank, Clysesdale Bank and lots of other banks, including Yorkshire Bank (as shown on my phone) my I don't have a Yorkshire Bank account. So I am very suspicious of this number, how can it be for many different banks?! I think it's spam!

Indian woman - Fiona... Knew details. Ignored me on my answers. Then asked for a minute of my time to answer questions. Asked about phone provided. I hung up after 60 seconds. They rang back twice to talk to answer machine.
SCAM - I think this company (if it still exists as I am in London) is a victim of telephone cloning. I had a man call definitely not from a dry cleaners trying to convince me to accept a free iPhone 12 on the condition of... I hung up before he got a chance to continue.
Based on previous comments I assume this is a Kwik fit MOT reminder. I have been called twice, no message left. I d assess as nuisance call - a text would be a fine alternative and they have already reminded by email
