Keep getting called from this number, when answered they state that they are from BT and there is an issue with the broadband service (even try to cover fact that other providers use BT network) and that they need access to a laptop/desktop to fix problem, when challenged they hang up.

This number has been calling for month, plus this number has been ringing me sometimes right after each other and it is a nuisance sometimes 6 or 7 times a day. These guys used to be known as facts international in ashford kent. Now I will say if you do get a call from these guys please tell them you wish to be removed from the database as they can log this and make a note on said database NOT to call you again.
