This is a telephone scammer. The call pretends to be from HMRC asking to call them back because they want to speak to your solicitor, give a name you are supposed to ask for (sorry I can't remember it, David something) they add that there will be consequences for not calling them back. This outfit have been hard selling products to my elderly grandmother for the past 6 months and by the looks of things they have been selling her details on to very similar unscrupulous companies.
