This is a scam caller pretending to be from a Lyca phone provider offering cheap contracts, the company they are pretending to be are Mobiles.co.uk. They tried offering me a £35 contact for 24 months for a Samsung S23 ultra, which was too good to be true worked out at (£840.00). I explained I did not trust cold callers, so they asked me for an email address. They sent me the email which looked genuine. But it had a different number to the one one the official website. Agree with anon. I told the lady not interested and don’t call back (not that I would really understand what she was saying). It then phones me back asking why I am not interested. This really pees me off and suffice told her to do one and hung up. She called again, ignored it and blocked it.
02032894834 called me (foreign Asian voice) Claimed to be calling to do with my using the Windows server. They had my home address, and landline phone number. I told them I was not interested and had no problems with my Windows PC. I ended the call without listening to what they wanted, so can’t be sure if a scam (likely they would tell me PC/Windows needed attention, as many similar types of calls are reported) They may have something to sell, but cold calls are not something I listen to.
did not recognise number. I answered but did not speak. there was a lot of background chatter, possibly a crowded office or call centre. caller just repeated "hello" without any introduction. they gave up after a few moments and just said "ok" and hung up.

SCAM used to work for this company we were essentially paid to call elderly customers and lie to them that we were Dyson and miele and they had to pay for mandatory vacuum servicing etc, they would push us to sell to those with dementia because they could charge more and service more frequently awful company.

There was a call from this number to my mobile number. The line was awful but there was someone on the other end with a strong Asian accent, which added to the bad line, I couldn't understand a word they were saying. It's a Garstang number and I don't know anyone or aware of any business in that area, so presume the call was a possible scam call.

Scam calls usually related to Crypto. They generate new fake spoofed numbers (including this one), and call from UK, China, and other random countries. Previous owner of my phone number must have signed up on their website for information, but they have been calling me for over a year despite me saying its not the right person.

He was momentarily interested in sending it to my laptop until I told him it was a work issued laptop. Told him my phone was not internet connected as I found it to distracting and he hung up without a goodbye.I suspect the thought of a work issued laptop put him off as it would have good security and catch the rogue link he wanted to send me?
