Persistent calls to my mobile which I am not answering as i am currently not in UK. This company are ignoring the fact that my mobile is registered with Telephone preference service to avoid marketing calls.

Just missed two calls from this number 0115 960 1095. I didn't call it back because I don't recognise the number.

Has called repeatedly over the last couple of weeks. Never leaves a message. Often rings twice with just seconds between calls.

Had a call at 1221 today, 12 Jan 17 but caller left no message, so obviously a scam/spoof/marketing call. Tried ringing the number back but got a Sky Voicemail Service. Tried calling the number again at 1530 this afternoon, only to have an automated message saying the Voicemailbox was full & could not take any more messages. Caller said he was "Bruce" (he had a foreign accent, so I doubt this was his real name) from "Local Government Grant Scheme". I asked what company he represented; he said he was "not from a company. I am calling on behalf of the Local Government Grant Scheme". I asked if he was from the local government, and he said yes. "Which local government?" I asked. "Nottinghamshire," he replied. I asked for his phone number, and which department he worked for. He gave this number, and I said this was not a Nottingham

They were just checking if I was going for my make over appointment
