They ring daily and say they are calling back to discuss a survey i have supposedly filled in recently, when i refuse they keep asking and asking if i will answer their questions so clearly there's an incentive for them. when i demanded my number to be deleted, i was then told they would only do this if i answered the questions and when i continued to refuse they hang up. they haven't got the message as the calls just keep coming :(

Seems to be another number related to the RSPCA - check them at http://www.rspca.org.uk/home - but this number seems to be used by a global call centre working for multiple charities, and the bad thing is that they share the database of numbers, so can call you not only in the name of RSPCA but also some other non-profit org.
