SCAM / SPAM Indian/Pakaistan/Bangladesh accented male phoned me to offer monthly repair cover on my washing machine. Could offer as a one-off an 18month cover for £99 - paid by debit or credit card now. The monthly cover is by direct debit - presume they would want my account details for that. Told me it was a manufacturer warranty (told me my machine is a Hotpoint when I asked - it's a BEKO). When I showed interest in the 18 month cover he passed me to a manager. Hi I have had 9 calls in two days from this number..I haven t answered any of them when home..they don t give up (and yes they go onto the answer machine but don t leave a message)..think they are calling because I too got unrequested mobile sim cards sent to me and.. they set up a additional DD at my bank! which I have instructed my bank to cancel - I suspect that s why they are calling me. I have sent everything they sent me back to them at my expense may I add. Have they nothing better to do on a friday

Claiming to be from a legal company asking about a car accident I'd had in the past 2.5 years (which I haven't had). This is the third time I've been called, first two times was from a Kilmarnock number. I have not had a car accident during this time.
