I answered this call from HSBC and rang them back via their number on the credit card. The second caller confirmed all the details that had been given during the first call. It's their collection services department.

Another of these annoying phone numbers who call me constantly. I ignore them all the time yet they won't stop.
SCAM. This # called and my phone indicated that it was an international call but looking it up it on the internet it appears to have come from the same area in Manchester that a lot of calls are coming from. My # seems to have got on some hacked list that has gone to every scammer. This time the message did not say who it was but said to press a key number if I wanted to cancel a subsciption of £9.99. I don't recognise the caller's number or a subscription of that amount.

Cold called today from this number saying they were given our road traffic accident details by NFU to settle the remainder of money owed to me under a Discomfort payment, even though there was no personal injuries in the accident.
