NUmber appears to be from a company alled DeVere's. A financial services company who offer finnancial services such as wealth planning, tax optimisation schemes, moving final salary pensions to tax shelters abroad, etc. I have had no personal dealings with the company and cannot comment on their service. I was cold called. I assume they saw that I was a former employee of a blue chip company and they offered to move my final salary pension abroad. They could be perfectly legitimate, I cannot say.
Internet Called advising they were from Sky. My internet was corrupted and IP address stolen. They would be sending engineers. I know Sky do not work this way. Asian sounding gentleman gave name as Gavin James Feels like a scam as all through states wont cost a penny. Told him my husband is a police inspector. Call ended.

This organisation is constantly calling touting for car accident claims and promising being able to claim several thousands of pounds in injury awards. This is inspite of having explained on many occasions that I received no injury. Their sole aim is to encourage people to make fraudulent claims and they in turn pocket fat fees. Such actions only increase motor insurance costs across the country. They should be legally charged with attempted fraud and punished if found guilty.

Had two calls this morning. No voices, just computer or machine noises in back ground. I blocked it.
SCAM: HMRC Fraud Office threatening you with court action and asking you to call back. When challenged the caller became extremely abusive (swearing etc.) before hanging up.

Foriegn caller from number 01392274111 said he was calling from BT open reach and that I had a problem with my broadband, that I wasn't receiving the service I should be. When I said I didn't have any problem with my broadband he abruptly hung up. Blocked. Something needs doing about these scam callers.

Nasty pieces of work. It is nasty people from Unite, that so-called trade union who are notorious in the (TV and radio) news for selling out clients to 3rd parties, colluding with employers of their own membership, and selling s**t like stannah stair lifts, private health insurance, Unite s own credit card, enhanced legal services for divorces, deaths of kids and other stuff nobody asked for. We do not know anyone in the Middlesbrough area and the caller did not leave a message. We usually receive Amazon scams around this time so are blocking the number.
This number has phoned me multiple times but if I notice the call and answer it - the caller just hangs up instantly.

Fraud They claim to be HMRC and you will be prosecuted if you don't return the call. The language gets quite amateurish towards the end of the message. It is obviously a fraud as I have a self-assessment online account with HMRC and any messages they want to send me are processed through that account. Not sure what the scam is but just ignore it.

Had a call at 1221 today, 12 Jan 17 but caller left no message, so obviously a scam/spoof/marketing call. Tried ringing the number back but got a Sky Voicemail Service.
