Was an Asian guy for me, claiming to be from BT Tech Dept. When i suggested he gets a proper job and stop trying to scam ppl, he suggested I go forth and multiply (in a cruder use of words). Number now blocked.
Was called today from this no. An Asian sounding chap introduced himself as Robin Waterman from B.T. and told me my broadband would be closed down for 10 days. When I asked him for the no. he was calling from he gave me a different no. to the one on my caller display. When I asked which of the 2 broadband accounts I am responsible for was affected he said the first one! SCAM!! Received a call from "David" from carphone warehouse. He called me "Mam" on the phone, and when i asked him what my name was, he said their privacy policy didn't allow them to see names, just numbers. I said I didn't accept calls from people if they didn't know my name and his reply was "are you deaf or something?" I didn't get the chance to answer his question as he swiftly hung up! Clearly a scammer of some sort! AVOID!!
